Alba is a newly built campsite, owned by one of the largest producers of essential oils in Bulgaria and the world. It is located near the Damascene Complex, at the foot of the Balkans, in the heart of two historical natural regions - the Rose Valley and the Valley of the Thracian Kings.
The camping sites in Alba are all covered by grass and are very spacious – their sizes ranging from 8x12 m to 12x12 m – and are separated from each other by fragrant herbs and roses. More than 2,000 trees have been planted on the territory of the campsite, its area of over 50 decares, including a separate orchard. The park layout also includes two fish ponds, currently under construction, connected by a small river.
The campsite has modern bathrooms, a small hot water pool, and a jacuzzi. Alba guests have the opportunity to use a hall with many tables and benches, two barbecues, sinks, and several large wooden gazebos, insulated and fully equipped with tables, benches, electricity, sink, refrigerator, and barbecue. The construction of more bathrooms, a free car wash, and a camper service area is forthcoming.
The access to camping Alba is through the village of Asen, for which there is a turnout directly from the Sub-Balkan road.
